- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I cant even rate the business one star. This is because I filled out paper work for a payment to be sent to Chyrsler Capital and they sent it to Credit Acceptance by mistake. When I made them aware of the mistake, they did not want to hear about it They immediately go defensive and said, we did not pocket the money. I had to remind them that no one said they did, but I can tell you the money did not get to the right people. My vehicle payment is $638.77 and the amount of payment they screwed up is $400.00. Chrysler Capital is trying to repossess, my car and all payments have been made. Advance America needs to return the money, if they don't that means they have stolen it.By shannon toombs, January 05, 2017
